The quality is great, I chose the color changing mug and was disappointed to realize that the mug is fully black whenever its cold - the image appears when it's hot. i would prefer to see the image all the time so if i were to repurchase i would select the non-color changing choice. it would be helpful if a description of the color transition was listed in the item details section; i looked for info about the color in the description but didn't see any before purchasing, i was incorrect to assume maybe it was the print of the image that would change color from a black tannie to maybe rainbow or brown or something. my mistake, the mug is beautiful however and arrived safe and quickly!
