Shipping policy
All orders (unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout) are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Potential delays due to a high volume of orders can occur.
Postal service problems are also outside of our control.

Local delivery & In-store pickup
Local delivery & in-store pickup is not available.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Borahello is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
International customers may also order from Etsy as well at https://www.etsy.com/shop/borahello.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available (if applicable, stamped orders will not be tracked).
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email (45 days for international), please contact us at kelsea@borahello.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If an item is marked "delivered" but you have not received it, try checking with your neighbors or around your property. On occasion, mail carriers mark an item as delivered but deliver the item the next business day as well. Once an item is marked delivered by the carrier, you will need to contact your local post office/carrier if you do not receive it.
What if I don't receive my package even after checking with the shipping carrier?
Reach out to us at kelsea@borahello.com for potential resolutions. Please note that if a replacement order is shipped, no refunds will be made if the replacement order is lost. Ultimately, any replacement orders are the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the package is sent to the provided address safely.
