This vinyl wrap is designed for the inner part of the lightstick, underneath the plastic. If you are looking for the template to place vinyl on the outer part / on top of the plastic, you may also find that here.  

IMPORTANT NOTE: Depending on the thickness of the vinyl chosen, the vinyl that covers the bottom piece of the lightstick may not fit under the plastic covering. You are buying the inner design knowing that this might be an issue - this is not something I can control as this is how they had designed this lightstick.
