A custom resin coaster for you or your friends! Order one for a concert you want to always remember, or order a set for you and your k-pop besties to remember a special occasion together.

Can create custom coasters with AND without confetti - if no confetti, will ONLY be a logo.

IMPORTANT NOTE: LEAD TIME WILL VARY - expected delivery dates at checkout will not be accurate if confetti is sent in.

How does this work?

1. If you would like confetti to be placed in the coaster, please send all confetti to my PO Box at the following address AND check the box for noting that you are sending confetti.

2. Upload the logo image that you would like to place on top of the confetti on this product page (if there is one)
   This could be a tour logo, group logo, or any design that you choose. 
   
3. Choose whether you want the logo in black OR white, I cannot do both (disregard if you don't have a logo design you want)
4. Place your order & send in your confetti to the address above
5. After I receive your order (and any confetti you send, if applicable), I will send you a proof of the design that you will need to approve. This allows for you to make any changes to the design. I will allow up to 2 rounds of modifications, and if the 3rd and final design proof is not approved, I will return your confetti (if applicable) & file a refund for your order.
   
6. If I do not hear from you within 3 business days after sending out a design proof, your order will be refunded & confetti will be sent back.
7. After the final design is approved, it may take up to 5 business days for me to complete your custom order.
8. Custom orders are NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-RETURNABLE. I am not responsible if the shipping carrier loses the package, but will do my best to work with you in case this does happen.

DISCLAIMERS:

1. The placements, shapes, colors, and condition of the confetti pieces used in each coaster is unique & so no one coaster will look the same. This is a handcrafted item, so the coaster you receive will look very similar but not exactly like the coasters shown in the product listing.
2. The resin used for this product is NOT HEAT RESISTANT aka it may warp if used with hot drinks and/or uninsulated cups. It is recommended that you ONLY use the coaster to hold iced drinks and/or insulated cups.
3. If small things like text placement, tiny bubbles, and tiny imperfections in the resin bothers you, please refrain from purchasing. I cannot guarantee a perfect product as these are all handmade by me, hope you understand!
   
4. If you choose to send confetti, I am NOT responsible if it gets lost during shipping & handling. You can send confetti via stamped mail or any shipping policy you choose, but the cost to send confetti to me will be placed on the customer. If refunded, confetti will be sent back to the customer via stamped mail unless they choose to pay for return tracked shipping.
5. FINAL SALE. Once the custom order is made, there are NO returns allowed. Refund may be available if there are issues during shipping and handling if the damage incurred was due to faulty packaging of the order. See return and refund policy for more details.
